Founder & CEO
Gabriel is the Founder of Fidelio Capital and has served as the company’s CEO since 2010. Gabriel previously worked at Nordic Capital for five years and before that Gabriel worked within M&A at Carnegie in Stockholm for two years. Gabriel is a member of the Board of Fidelio Capital, Lyko, AniCura, NN07 and Indical Bioscience. Gabriel holds an MSc in Finance from the Stockholm School of Economics and has a curriculum stage one University Medical Degree from Linköping University.
Martin joined Fidelio Capital in May 2012. Martin has previously worked at Nordic Capital for two years and before that within M&A at Goldman Sachs in London for two years. Martin is a member of the Board of Greenfood, Nextmune and NN07. Martin holds an MSc in Finance from the Stockholm School of Economics.
Håkan joined Fidelio as Partner in October 2017. Previously, Håkan spent six years as CEO of Lyko. Prior to Lyko, Håkan held various positions at Goldman Sachs and TA Associates in London, as well as Sageview Capital in Stockholm. Håkan holds a MSc in Finance from the Stockholm School of Economics.
Theodor joined Fidelio Capital in April 2013. Theodor has previous experience from Barclays Investment Bank in London and Catella Corporate Finance. Theodor is a member of the Board of NN07 and Nextmune. Theodor holds a BSc in Finance and Marketing from the Stockholm School of Economics.
Jacob joined Fidelio Capital in December 2013. He has previous experience within M&A and ECM from the Corporate Finance department of Svenska Handelsbanken. Jacob is a member of the Board of Greenfood and Indical Bioscience. Jacob holds a BSc in Finance and Accounting from the Stockholm School of Economics.
Hampus joined Fidelio Capital in January 2017. Hampus has previously worked at 3i Group where he focused on European mid-market investments. Prior to 3i, Hampus spent two years as a management consultant at L.E.K. Consulting in London. Hampus holds a BSc in Finance and Economics from the Stockholm School of Economics.
Mattias joined Fidelio Capital in October 2017 and has previous experience from Citi Investment Bank in London and CapMan in Stockholm. Mattias holds a BSc in Finance and Accounting from the Stockholm School of Economics.
Cecilia joined Fidelio Capital in November 2017. She has previous experience from working as Executive Assistant at Hifab Group and Cevian Capital.
