The leading tech-enabled service provider within residential property management - with a global reach
Odevo is a leading technology-enabled service Group within the residential property management sector. The company is a full-service provider and trusted partner to more than a million homes in homeowner associations across four countries. Odevo challenges today’s industry standards by offering higher efficiency and customer satisfaction through its proprietary technology platform developed by the in-house IT team.
It started in 2018 with the foundation of the software and service company Nabo in Sweden. The Group expanded quickly with the acquisition of the leading Swedish property manager SBC in 2019. Odevo entered the UK through the acquisition of Rendall & Rittner in 2021, followed by a number of additional acquisitions in 2022 and 2023, establishing Odevo as a leader in the UK market. In 2022, the Group’s growth extended to Finland, which was followed by the market entry into the US through the acquisitions of KWPMC (Florida) and Spectrum AM (Texas, Arizona). Odevo has since expanded its presence to North and South Carolina.
Odevo is focused on pursuing further acquisitions in both existing and new markets, as well as adding new services to its offering and capitalising on its proprietary technology platform.
