The company was founded in 2007 in Copenhagen, Denmark, and has built a strong position in the Nordic region. NN07 has grown every year since the beginning and maintained best-in-class profitability thanks to the combination of a strong team, a successful hero product (the Chino) and a balance between the creative process and commercial considerations.

The company was acquired by Fidelio in 2016 and has since then executed on a European as well as an online expansion.

In 2019, Fidelio partly divested NN07 to Litorina.
