Fidelio forms Odevo – an international challenger in residential real estate services

Residential real estate is the largest asset class in the world. In this sector, Fidelio now establishes Odevo, a leading international innovator in the tech-enabled property and housing management market.

Odevo started with three companies joining forces, Nabo and SBC from Sweden and UK-based Rendall & Rittner. Today the Group is also active in Finland through MTR and STIO and has strengthened its position in the UK with Premier Estates joining as well.

As a group, Odevo has a full suite offering, including financial and technical management, legal services, as well as financial services. 

Today Odevo is managing 465,000 homes, growing both organically and through additional acquisitions and partnerships. 

Adoption of new technology, driven by the demand to increase availability and efficiency, is restructuring the market globally. Odevo will continue to be an innovator and consolidator, leveraging its proprietary technology platform to enable increased efficiency and customer satisfaction.
