How Fidelio Capital processes your personal data

The personal data is processed by Fidelio Capital by virtue of a weighing of interests. Fidelio Capital has a strong interest in being able to maintain business contacts with other companies and organisations and Fidelio Capital only processes your personal data in your role as a representative or contact person for such companies or organisations. If you as an individual has entered into an agreement with Fidelo Capital, Fidelio Capital will process your personal data in order to administer the contractual relationship with you. Fidelio Capital is also subject to legal obligations to perform KYC-checks in certain situations and Fidelio Capital will then process your personal data in order to comply with such legal obligations.

The personal data is processed by Fidelio Capital by virtue of way of a weighing of interests or, alternatively, in order to comply with an agreement or take measures before an agreement is entered into with you.

Personal data which is collected in connection with recruitment is retained during the recruitment and for a period up to two years following the completion thereof, unless you have consented to the data being retained for a longer period.

You can also request that personal data concerning you is rectified if it proves to be incorrect. In accordance with applicable legislation, you can also request that your personal data should be deleted or that the processing of your personal data should be limited, and you also have a right to object to the processing of your personal data and to request that your personal data is transferred in electronic format.
